About Our Founder
I am Deborah Miller. I founded PersonaGrata Consulting so that I could help you write your own next chapter. I am deeply committed to creating innovative and ground-breaking programs help clients recognize, showcase and enact strengths and create hope, optimism and flourishing in the world of work and in the greater context of life.
I have over 25 years of experience in program development, delivery and coaching in a variety of professional settings ranging from fortune 500 to small entrepreneurial and social enterprise businesses to not-for-profit organizations. Programs have been funded through Employment Ontario, Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program, Employment and Social Development Canada Homelessness Strategy and Trillium.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) through the Career Development Practitioners Certification Board of Ontario and mentor and teacher of other coaches and educators. I will be completing a Master of Education Degree in Adult Education in 2019 focusing on research and education in the area of transformative learning.
In Our Community
At PersonaGrata, we believe in supporting youth and young adults to achieve their fullest potential, which is why I also maintain a volunteer position on the Advisory Board for Career Skills Incubator; a not-for-profit organization primarily comprised of young adults that creates relevant opportunities for positive experiences during times of under employment and unemployment. We create custom volunteer opportunities, mentorship and education.
PersonaGrata Consulting is supported by an advisory board. This is a specially selected group of individuals and business leaders within the community that provide support in a variety of areas including consistent input from the viewpoint of you, our client.
