About Our Founder
I am Deborah Miller. I founded PersonaGrata Consulting so that I could help you write your own next chapter.
I have over 25 years of experience in program management in a variety of professional settings ranging from fortune 500 to small entrepreneurial businesses to not-for-profit organizations.
My education & training is in organizational psychology (and group dynamics), adult education & life skills and coaching. A lifelong learner, I have completed professional upgrading in project management, advanced facilitation techniques, advanced statistical analysis for process controls, lateral thinking, systems thinking, and conflict management.
In Our Community
At PersonaGrata, we believe in supporting youth and young adults to achieve their fullest potential, which is why I also maintain a volunteer position on the Advisory Board for Career Skills Incubator; a not-for-profit organization primarily comprised of young adults that creates relevant opportunities for positive experiences during times of under employment and unemployment. We create custom volunteer opportunities, mentorship and education.
PersonaGrata Consulting is supported by an advisory board. This is a specially selected group of individuals and business leaders within the community that provide support in a variety of areas including consistent input from the viewpoint of you, our client.
